We inspect the property and a third party will test for the presence of lead-based paint, identifying all affected areas.
Removal or Stabilization
After we understand the situation, we carefully remove lead-based paint or we can stabilize it using encapsulation to seal the lead in to prevent exposure.
Cleaning and Decontamination
The area is thoroughly cleaned with special vacuums and methods to eliminate lead particles and dust.
Final Test and Disposal
After the third-party clearance test to ensure safety standards are met, we safely dispose of all lead-containing materials in compliance with regulations.
